10^th ANNUAL BOMBARDIER RALLY

Greetings Bombardier Enthusiasts!

We have snow!    We have ice!    We have colder weather!

It is time to make plans for this winter season’s rally.

It is evident from the 2007 Rally evaluation sheets that we are on the right track.  

1.   What do you like best about the rally?

·        Getting together. Camaraderie. Swapping stories. Seeing all the bombardiers.

2.   What would you like to see changed?

·        Nothing.      Two days.    Touring.     More photos made available.     Fishing.

Rally 2008 – We are in the planning stages for a two-day rally.

o   Saturday –

§  Get-together:

·        Meeting Place on L. Athapapuskow – 11am  Playford/Brewer

·        Afternoon Activities – to be decided.

§  Events – in the planning stage. Have some ideas  – Need more!

§  Poker Derby

§  Supper – Cranberry Portage Curling Rink

§  Door Prizes

o   Sunday –

§  Pancake breakfast – Cranberry Portage Curling Rink

§  Touring – destination to be decided.

§  Fishing – drop off along tour route for those that wish to fish & not tour.

§  Tour Destination stop – Food Break – in planning stages.

Accommodations:  

Further information will be provided in the next newsletter as to costs, deals etc.

§  Caribou Lodge on First Cranberry Lake.

§  Northern Spirit Lodge on Lake Athapapuskow.
